Territory & Pincode Allotment
We check live availability around your address, map the parcel density of nearby clusters and help you claim an area that can actually sustain a hub — not just any free pincode.
India ships more than 8 million parcels a day, and almost every one of them ends its journey at a neighbourhood delivery hub. We help first-time entrepreneurs set one up — pincode allotment, paperwork, infrastructure and training — and stay with you long after the first parcel is scanned.

Retail trends come and go, but the parcel keeps moving. Every phone case, kurta, medicine strip and laptop ordered online has to be physically handed to someone — and no e-commerce platform can do that alone at the scale India now demands.
That final leg is the last mile, and it is deliberately built on local partners. A network needs a person who knows which lane floods in July, which building has no lift, and which customer prefers delivery after 7 PM. That local knowledge is exactly what a franchise partner sells — and it is why the model has stayed profitable for operators in tier-2 and tier-3 towns where the volume is climbing fastest.
Unlike a retail shop, you are not gambling on footfall or seasonal fashion. Parcels are assigned to your hub by the network, you are paid per successful delivery and pickup, and the settlement lands in your bank on a fixed weekly cycle. Your job is execution, not demand generation.
Getting a franchise code is the easy part. Running a hub that clears its load every single evening is the real work — so our support is built around operations, not just paperwork.
We check live availability around your address, map the parcel density of nearby clusters and help you claim an area that can actually sustain a hub — not just any free pincode.
KYC, GST registration, rent agreement drafting, bank details, police verification for riders and the franchise agreement itself — assembled and checked before submission so files don't bounce back.
Rack layout, inward/outward zones, scanner and printer specs, seating, signage and the safety basics. You get a floor plan sized to your space instead of guesswork.
How many riders your volume needs, what to pay them, where to find them locally, and a two-day practical training covering the scanning app, COD handling and delivery attempts.
Delivery percentage, RTO control, first-attempt success, closing the day's scan on time — the metrics your payout depends on, explained with the levers that move them.
A dedicated advisor for the first 90 days. Escalations, payout queries, volume drops and expansion into a second pincode — you get a person to call, not a ticket number.
Four entry points into the same network. Start small and upgrade later — a large share of our master franchise partners began with a single pickup point.
No hidden stage, no surprise fee. Here is exactly what happens after you submit the form.
You send your city, PIN code and available space. Within 24 working hours we confirm whether your area is open, already allotted, or better served from an adjacent cluster.
A call that walks through investment, realistic monthly numbers for your specific volume band, staffing and the risks. If the model doesn't suit you, we say so.
KYC, GST, address proof, rent agreement and bank details are collected, verified and compiled into a submission-ready file. Typically 5–7 days.
The franchise agreement is explained clause by clause before you sign. The refundable security deposit is paid directly to the network — never to an individual.
Racking, branding, scanner configuration, app onboarding and two days of hands-on training for you and your delivery team.
Your first shipment load arrives and the hub starts earning. A dedicated advisor stays with you through the first 90 days of operations.
| Daily Parcels | Gross / Month | Running Cost | Indicative Net |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100–150 | ₹45,000 – 70,000 | ₹25,000 | ₹20,000 – 45,000 |
| 200–300 | ₹90,000 – 1,60,000 | ₹55,000 | ₹35,000 – 70,000 |
| 400–500 | ₹1,80,000 – 2,60,000 | ₹95,000 | ₹85,000 – 1,65,000 |
| 700+ | ₹3,15,000+ | ₹1,50,000 | ₹1,65,000+ |
Indicative ranges compiled from partner hubs across MP, Rajasthan and UP. Actual earnings vary with per-parcel rate, delivery percentage, RTO share, local wages and rent. These are estimates, not a guaranteed return.
A courier franchise pays per successful transaction. Delivered shipment, picked-up return, COD handled — each carries a rate, and the total lands weekly.
The two numbers that decide whether a hub is comfortable or stressful are delivery percentage and cost per parcel. Partners who consistently clear 92%+ on first attempt earn materially more than the ones who let shipments roll to the next day, because failed attempts cost you the same fuel and rider hours without the payout.
We would rather turn down an application than set someone up to fail. Read both columns honestly.
“I ran a mobile accessories shop for nine years and the margins kept shrinking. The hub does around 260 parcels a day now. What helped most was the training on delivery percentage — I did not even know that number decided my payout.”
“I started with the smallest model because I could only spare part of my stationery shop. Documentation was handled end to end, I just signed where I was told. Six months in I have applied for a second pincode.”
“Territory mapping was the real value. They told me two of the pincodes I wanted were already saturated and pointed me to a growing cluster instead. That honesty saved me a bad investment.”
Pincode availability changes weekly. These states currently have the most open clusters — but always confirm your specific PIN code with us before planning.
The questions almost every applicant asks on the first call.
A pickup-and-drop point can be started from roughly ₹50,000 – ₹1 lakh, a full last-mile delivery hub usually needs ₹1.5 – ₹3 lakh, and a district master franchise sits in the ₹5 – ₹10 lakh band. The amount covers your security deposit, basic infrastructure, scanning devices, initial staff and one month of working capital. We share a line-by-line investment sheet during your first consultation so nothing comes as a surprise later.
Earnings are per-parcel, so income follows volume. A hub handling 200–300 shipments a day typically grosses ₹90,000 – ₹1.6 lakh a month before expenses, and nets in the range of ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 once rent, salaries and fuel are paid. Festive quarters run considerably higher. These are indicative ranges based on partners we have onboarded, not a guaranteed return.
No. A majority of the partners we onboard come from retail shops, mobile stores, tuition centres, agriculture or a salaried job. What actually matters is a suitable ground-floor space, a workable daily routine, basic smartphone comfort and the discipline to close the day’s scan on time. Operational training is part of the onboarding.
Plan for 200–500 sq. ft. of ground-floor space with a shutter and easy two-wheeler access. On paperwork you will need Aadhaar, PAN, a cancelled cheque or bank passbook, GST registration, a rent agreement or ownership proof, passport-size photographs and police verification for delivery staff. Our team prepares and checks the entire file before it is submitted.
From your first call to the first parcel scanned, most partners go live in 15 to 30 days. Pincode confirmation and documentation take about a week, agreement and deposit another few days, and site readiness plus training fills the rest of the window.
Territories are allotted on a first-come basis and a good number of urban pincodes are already taken. Send us your PIN code through the application form and we will check live availability, tell you honestly if the area is saturated, and suggest the nearest open cluster if it is.
No. We are an independent onboarding and business consultancy. We prepare your file, guide you through the network’s requirements and support you operationally after launch. The final franchise allotment, territory rights and commercial terms rest entirely with the logistics network you are onboarded to.
Talk to an onboarding advisor today. We will map the free pincodes around you, share the investment sheet and walk you through the paperwork — no charge for the first consultation.
